I don't want to burn bridges yet with the support and there are may more i am going though all emails and support promises since June of 2025 and i am doing this now because warranty will expire in a few months and i need it fixed or ability to return this worthless thing but i am still hoping to get my label and a working ace before I post proof of promises never met
